DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT (DPA)

1. Purpose

This DPA governs how HiBee processes personal data on behalf of users.

2. Roles

• User = Data Controller

• HiBee = Data Processor

3. Processing Activities

HiBee processes:

 

• Prompts

• Uploaded content

• AI‑generated documents

• Account information

Only for the purpose of providing HiBee services.

4. Security Measures

HiBee implements:

 

• Encryption

• Access controls

• Secure storage

• Monitoring and audits

5. Sub‑Processors

HiBee may use third‑party providers for:

 

• Hosting

• Payments

• AI inference

All sub‑processors comply with applicable laws.

6. International Transfers

Transfers outside the UK/EU use:

 

• Standard Contractual Clauses

• Adequacy decisions

• Equivalent safeguards

7. User Rights

Users may request:

 

• Access

• Correction

• Deletion

• Portability

8. Data Deletion

Upon account closure or request, HiBee deletes personal data unless legally required to retain it.
