1. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

Refunds may be issued when:

• Required by law

• A technical failure prevents service delivery

• A duplicate payment occurs

Refunds are not issued for:

• Change of mind

• AI‑generated content dissatisfaction

• Partial subscription periods already used

You may cancel at any time.

Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
