2. AI‑Generated Content
HiBee uses artificial intelligence to generate content, documents, guidance, and responses.
All outputs are AI‑generated and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors.
HiBee does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
You are responsible for reviewing all AI‑generated content before relying on it.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use HiBee.
By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• Ensuring your login details are secure
• All activity under your account

• Violate intellectual property rights
• Engage in fraud, harassment, or discrimination
• Attempt to reverse‑engineer, disrupt, or misuse the platform
• Upload malicious files or code
Violations may result in immediate termination.
8. Intellectual Property
HiBee owns all rights to:
• The platform
• The AI systems
• The interface
• Branding, trademarks, and design
You retain rights to your own uploaded content and generated documents.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• HiBee is not liable for any damages arising from use of AI‑generated content
• HiBee is not liable for business losses, data loss, or reliance on outputs
• HiBee provides the service “as‑is” without warranties of accuracy or fitness
Your use of HiBee is at your own risk.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the platform
• You engage in harmful or illegal activity
You may terminate your account at any time.
