ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using the AI Tools platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT
Our subscription service is billed at £9.95 per month. By subscribing, you agree to:

Provide accurate billing information

Pay all fees associated with your subscription

Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing cycle

No refunds for partial months or unused services
MICRO-PRODUCTS
Micro-products are available for £1 each and provide lifetime access to specific tools. Once purchased, micro-products are non-refundable. Access to micro-products is tied to your account and cannot be transferred.
USAGE LIMITS
Subscribers are subject to fair use limits to prevent abuse of the service. We reserve the right to implement usage caps and may temporarily restrict access if limits are exceeded. Users will receive warnings before any restrictions are applied. Administrators may adjust limits on a case-by-case basis.
USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
Use the service for any illegal purpose

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Share your account credentials with others

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Use automated systems to access the service excessively

Generate content that violates laws or third-party rights
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The AI Tools platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Generated documents created using our tools belong to you, but you grant us a license to use your input data to improve our services.
AI-GENERATED CONTENT
AI-generated content is provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content is error-free, complete, or suitable for your specific purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use. We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.
TERMINATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, but you will retain access to previously generated documents.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
